Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
· We accept returns/exchanges only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
· To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging images (if applicable).
· The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
· Custom made, personalized jewellery or items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
· Exchanges are subject to availability; if the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or an alternative design.
Shipping Costs
· Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or wrong.
· We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Refund Timeline
· Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing starts, cancellations are not possible.
