Order Processing

·       Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time, and we will notify you of the estimated timeline.

Shipping Time & Rates

We offer shipping across India and selected international locations.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (Additional charges apply)

Shipping Fee: Free for orders above Rs. 999/-; a flat rate of Rs. 50/- per kg  within Maharashtra and Rs. 80/- per kg for other states within India  for orders below that.

International Shipping

Delivery Time: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Address & Delivery Issues

·       Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

·       If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

·       We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack all items with great care. In the rare case of damage during transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will assist you promptly.
